HOW TO USE WIND DOWN KIT

oil: oil's gentle formula is recommended for daily use and safe for all skin types. For best use, pump oil five times onto your hands or skin. Liberally rub into skin as a massage or daily body oil. oil doubles as a moisturizing bath. To use, just add to warm water.

wash: wash's gentle pH-balanced formula is recommended for daily use and safe for all skin types. In the shower, gently massage all over the body. Rinse thoroughly. For a bubble bath, pour generously into warm, running water.

soak: Add a handful to warm water. Swirl until absorbed. Soak for 20 minutes. Rinse and towel dry. Please keep water out of the jar at all times and shake thoroughly if any clumping occurs.
