For Lindsey Wright, an illustrator born, raised, and based in Minnesota, the drive to create can be summed up in seven words: “Basically, I just want to make stuff.” That colorful stuff, born of Wright’s signature optimism, is unapologetically fun, feminine, and overflowing with an in-your-face happiness. Wright says she enjoys getting to know people and collaborating with other artists. “And I like fun,” she says. “Like, a lot.”
